Chadwick Service Company works with many types of businesses and organizations, but we specialize in healthcare, education, industry, pharmaceutical, technology, commercial buildings, and non-profits.
Do you offer any other service besides heating and air-conditioning?

Do you serve Residential Properties?
We only service HVAC or plumbing in residential properties when a real estate management company is paying us directly. This may include individual apartments or condominiums but is usually limited to common areas of the building.

Chadwick Service Company works in the city of Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, including Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery. We also serve clients in South Jersey and Wilmington, Delaware.
How soon can I get a technician out?
Our dispatcher will speak with you to determine how serious your problem is and will have one of our technicians to your location at a mutually agreeable time. If you have a genuine emergency, we can usually have someone on site within 2 hours.
